Saudi Arabia: SASO RoHS Update
In January 2021, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) published a new technical regulation called “SASO RoHS” that identifies six substances with restriction levels similar to that of EU RoHS requirements. The following categories of products will be impacted by these new SASO RoHS requirements as early as July 1, 2022.
