REGULATIONS
- SUBTEL (Subsecretaria de Telecomunicaciones) is the telecommunications regulating agency in Chile.
- Regulated according to the SUBTEL 1985/2017 Regulation, products that utilize Radiofrequency, Cellular, or Satellite technology require approval and certification to be commercialized in Chile.

GUIDELINES
- Submit the application form.
- * test report with FCC or CE standard accepted.
- Type Approval issued by SUBTEL.
- No labelling requirement for wireless device.
- SAR statement required if the equipment with SAR requirement.
- SUBTEL and certification number must be on the label for analogue telephones and printers.
