Jeff Baum has over 20 years of experience in direct sales, stream sales, business development, marketing, and sales management in highly competitive segments of the testing & compliance industry. His expertise lies in global market access and certification for hazard locations, atmospheres explosible (ATEX), medical, laboratory, industrial, electric/electronic products and consumer… and consumer goods. Seeing a gap between what testing laboratories could offer and manufacturer needs for compliance expertise, Jeff founded Testing Partners in 2012.

Clyde has served on a number of private companies and non-profit Boards and has over 25 years of experience building and advising businesses that result in their achieving strong, recurring profitable growth. His experience spans financial, consumer and the industrial sectors. Clyde spent a decade at UL (now UL Solutions) as a member of the executive leadership team, holding a variety of SVP leadership… positions reporting directly to the CEO, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Business Unit President, SVP of Data Solutions and Chief Operating Officer of UL’s parent company, Underwriters Laboratories Inc. During his tenure at UL, he led a large-scale transformation of the commercial organization into a client focused, commercially aggressive unit, laser focused on helping clients succeed. He helped lead the organization to double digit order growth and customer satisfaction ratings. Prior to UL Clyde helped build highly successful services organizations at Andersen and Motorola Solutions.

He has a consistent track record of leading organizations to major performance improvements by accelerating profitable growth and innovation… and with a customer-centric focus, including UL (now UL Solutions) and Cummins Generator Technologies. Most recently, as President of UL’s Commercial & Industrial business, a $1B+ global TIC and engineering services company that helped diverse, sophisticated manufacturers & retailers rapidly develop and supply products into their global markets, Ben led the organization to record sales, profitability, client satisfaction and employee engagement.
